Taawun @30: A Trip Down Memory Lane 

Sometimes, a short walk down memory lane is all it takes to appreciate where you are today. The good old days and the bad old days are all together that forms today’s history. As Jamaat Taawunil Muslimeen celebrates its 30th anniversary on Sunday, 9th April 2023 at Oluwo stadium, Iwo, let’s begin to give you tips on the remarkable events which have become part of our history.

In 2008, we brought the then-Kano State governor, Mallam Ibrahim Shikarau to Iwo, to assist our humanitarian projects, as well as Islamic development. The event took place at DC school Araromi Iwo.

He was accompanied by professor O.O Ladipo to visit the national secretariat of the organization at Ori Eeru Iwo, and to the glory of Almighty Allah, we are still here today with the Islamic struggle. “So which of your Lord’s favours will you deny”
